The pera57 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. pera57 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If pera57 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted. If you believe a minor has registered on pera57, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.
