1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pera57 ("pera57," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pera57 online gaming platform available at pera57.one and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any pera57 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pera57 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pera57, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pera57 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pera57, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pera57 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or problem gambling registry maintained by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

pera57 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration

To access pera57's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pera57 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pera57 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pera57 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: pera57 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify pera57 of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pera57 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on pera57:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your pera57 account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing: pera57 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to pera57's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. See Section 5 for details.
• Transaction Limits: pera57 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pera57 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your pera57 account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: pera57 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration. Specific bonuses may have additional eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• pera57's Discretion: pera57 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pera57 Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on pera57 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pera57 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. pera57's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact pera57 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pera57 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple pera57 accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pera57 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your pera57 account, or using a third party's account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pera57 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of pera57 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pera57 content without prior written authorization from pera57.

9. Privacy & Data

pera57 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pera57, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pera57 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and pera57 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

pera57 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pera57 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pera57 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your pera57 account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pera57 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pera57 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond pera57's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your participation in any game or betting activity on the Platform.

pera57's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pera57 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pera57's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

pera57 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• At pera57's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, pera57 may forfeit any bonus funds in your account. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable AML review.

You may close your pera57 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments

pera57 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pera57 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pera57 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

pera57 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
